Companies marked “sample” are placeholders until real exhibitors register.
Booth spaces
- Three space types: indoor, outdoor covered and outdoor uncovered
- Your company name shows on your space and in the vendor list
- Move-in Monday – Wednesday, March 15–17; finish small-item setup by 9 AM Thursday
- Booths staffed during all show hours; teardown after 6 PM Sunday
- You're responsible for covering and protecting your display. Outdoor vendors, including covered spaces, should bring a tarp for wind-driven rain and for covering gear overnight.
- Product insurance recommended. Food and drink sales are handled by the show.
- On-site lodging for vendors and dealers only. Add rooms when you sign up.
Every order adds a 4% administration fee. Paid in full online by card or ACH through Square. Space fees are fully refundable through January 15, 2027. See the full vendor & exhibitor terms.
Where the booths are
Indoor booths are inside the banquet hall, open-air booths line the covered patio and Dealer Row, and covered booths are in the covered vendor pavilion.

You'll pick your exact booth on the map, add lodging and pay in full online by card or ACH. Want to be first in line? Call or email us and we'll let you know the moment booking opens.
When you book, have ready your company name as it should appear on the show list, the products you sell, the brands you carry and your logo.
