Companies marked “sample” are placeholders until real exhibitors register.
Boat spaces
- Dealers move in first, Monday – Wednesday, March 15–17
- All boats, trailers and vehicles in by 8 PM Wednesday, March 17
- Scheduled boat move-out Monday – Wednesday, March 22–24
- One blanket liability or event insurance policy for your business. No per-boat policies needed.
- On-site lodging for vendors and dealers only. Add rooms when you sign up.
Every order adds a 4% administration fee. Paid in full online by card or ACH through Square. Space fees are fully refundable through January 15, 2027. See the full vendor & exhibitor terms.
Where the boats are
Boat spaces line Dealer Row, the north end of the grounds and the pond. Top-tier spots sit along the pond by the stage and the banquet hall.

You'll pick your exact boat space on the map, add lodging and pay in full online by card or ACH. Want to be first in line? Call or email us and we'll let you know the moment booking opens.
When you book, have ready your company name as it should appear on the show list, the types and brands of boats you'll display, your logo and your liability or event insurance.
